Broedel Energy Returns as Speedway’s Official Fuel Provider

Utica-Rome Speedway and Broedel Energy Partnership

In the bustling town of Vernon, New York, Utica-Rome Speedway is thrilled to announce the return of Broedel Energy as a valued marketing partner and the official fuel supplier for an exhilarating second consecutive season. Broedel Energy is set to take the reins as the title sponsor of the highly popular DIRTcar Sportsman division, and from now on, this division will be known as the Broedel Energy DIRTcar Sportsman for the 2017 season.

Established in Hubbardsville, New York since 2001, Broedel Energy has been a trusted provider, delivering propane gas, fuel oil, kerosene, diesel fuel, and gasoline to homes, farms, and businesses in the vibrant communities of Madison, Oneida, Chenango, and parts of Herkimer, Onondaga, and Otsego counties. In addition to these essential services, Broedel Energy now offers top-notch heating and air conditioning sales, expert service, and seamless installation. As a family-owned company, they take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely deliveries, and offering competitive pricing.

As previously mentioned, 2017 marks a significant milestone as Broedel Energy becomes the “Official Energy Supplier” of the Utica-Rome Speedway. By providing diesel fuel to keep all the heavy equipment in motion at the speedway and supplying propane gas to the concession stands, Broedel Energy plays a crucial role. Moreover, they have shifted their title sponsorship to the Open Sportsman division, now rebranded as the DIRTcar Crate Sportsman. Additionally, Broedel Energy is sponsoring two memorable nights during the season. The first is on May 28, when the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints make their first visit, and the second on September 3, for the grand finale of the three holiday stops by the ESS.

The employees of Broedel Energy have a deep-rooted passion and active involvement in local auto racing. Owner Jason Broedel and his father Bruce Broedel have both raced in the Mod Lite division, with Jason also competing in the exciting 305 Sprints. Operations Director Shane Andrews has a long and distinguished history in local and national auto racing. He has served as a long-time announcer at tracks throughout the Northeast and has been a part of the television broadcast team at marquee dirt racing events like the World of Outlaws. Andrews was the former voice of the Super DIRTcar Modified Series and can still be heard annually during Super DIRT Week. Broedel Energy has also been a steadfast sponsor for Mod Lite driver Sam Usborne and former Pro Stock champion Bret Belden, who is now a competitor in the Go Nuclear Late Model Series.
